一、协议范围

本使用条款是你与万记通之间的最终用户许可协议。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款及隐私政策。

二、账户

你须使用有效邮箱注册，并对账户下的操作负责。发现未授权使用请通过「设置 → 反馈」或支持页联系我们。

三、自动续订订阅

会员套餐包括 Pro、Max、Ultra，可按月或按年自动续订。存储扩容包按月计费，可叠加在当前套餐之上。

通过 Apple 内购订阅时，付款计入你的 Apple ID。除非你至少在当前周期结束前 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅会按当时价格自动续订，费用在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣除。订阅名称、时长与价格会在购买页展示。可在设备「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消，也可在万记通会员页使用「恢复购买」。

四、许可与限制

我们授予你一项个人、可撤销、不可转让的有限许可。你不得转售、出租或利用本服务从事违法侵权活动。

1. Scope

These Terms of Use (EULA) govern MemoFlow. Using the service means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Auto-renewable subscriptions

Plans are Pro, Max, and Ultra, billed monthly or yearly and auto-renewed. Storage packs are billed monthly. Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions charge your Apple ID and renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Title, length, and price are shown in the purchase flow. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Restore purchases in MemoFlow.
