一、简介

万记通是一个面向个人的生活记忆空间，帮你收集日记、记账、备忘、提醒、经验、文件与邮件整理，并可按你的授权同步到已在使用的 AI 工具。使用万记通即表示你理解本政策。

二、我们收集的信息

账户信息（邮箱、昵称、哈希密码）、你写入的内容、可选的 IMAP 邮箱连接（授权码加密保存）、可选的天气定位、推送令牌、会员订单状态、你创建的 API Key，以及你在设置中提交的反馈。

三、我们如何使用信息

用于提供同步、提醒、存储、分享与会员服务；仅在你于 App 内明确允许后，才把完成该次请求所需的文本发送给第三方大语言模型深度求索（DeepSeek）以生成标题、分类、邮件提炼、记账分析或经验估值；发送验证码等交易邮件；保障账户安全。我们不出售个人信息，应用内没有广告或追踪 SDK。

四、第三方服务

天气：Open-Meteo（仅经纬度或地名）。
推送：APNs、FCM、Web Push。
支付：Apple App Store、支付宝。
交易邮件：Resend。
存储节点与 CDN：加密保存和传输你的文件。
大语言模型：深度求索（DeepSeek，杭州深度求索人工智能基础技术研究有限公司，https://www.deepseek.com）。仅在你于 App 内明确允许，并主动使用生成标题、自动分类、自然语言提醒解析、邮件提炼账目、记账分析或经验估值时，把完成该次请求所需的文本（例如备忘正文、提醒语句、邮件主题与正文、账目摘要、经验名称与 SKILL.md）发送到 DeepSeek 的 OpenAI 兼容接口。不会发送密码、支付卡号或持续精确位置。DeepSeek 按其隐私政策处理这些请求；我们要求其提供与本政策相当的保护。你可以随时在「设置」中关闭该授权。
你连接的 Claude Code / Codex / Cursor 等客户端仅在你授权的 API Key 能力范围内访问数据。

五、你的选择与联系

可在 App 内查看、修改或删除自己的内容，并在「设置」中关闭第三方 AI 授权。注销账号请通过「设置 → 反馈」提出。支持页：https://www.wanjitong.cn/support。官网：https://www.wanjitong.cn。

1. Introduction

MemoFlow is a personal memory workspace for diaries, ledgers, memos, reminders, skills, files, and mail triage, with optional sync to AI tools you already use.

2. Information we collect

Account data, content you create, optional IMAP credentials (encrypted), optional weather location, push tokens, membership order status, API keys you create, and in-app feedback.

3. How we use information

To provide the product; to run language-model features only after you allow sharing with DeepSeek in the app; to send transactional email and the notifications you enable; and to protect accounts. We do not sell personal information and do not include ad or tracking SDKs.

4. Third-party services

Open-Meteo, APNs/FCM/Web Push, Apple App Store, Alipay, Resend, storage nodes/CDN, and DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., https://www.deepseek.com) only after you allow it in the app and only for the text needed for that request. Connected AI clients access data only within the API key capabilities you grant. DeepSeek is required to provide equivalent protection for that content. You can turn the permission off in Settings at any time.
